You Are Invited to the Grand Opening of the Beaverton City Library @ Murray Scholls, Friday, June 25, 2010 at 12 Noon

The big day is almost here! Please join our us as we celebrate the grand opening of the Beaverton City Library's new branch at Murray Scholls on Friday, June 25, 2010. The festivities begin at 12 noon with remarks from Mayor Denny Doyle and Beaverton City Library Director Ed House. The Beaverton Civic Theater will be on hand to perform a literary "grand opening." At 12:30, tours will begin and refreshments will be served. Penny's Puppet's will wrap up the celebration with the "Boogie Woogie Puppet Show" from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. The library will be open for business the remainder of the afternoon, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
